fda614fa-ed41-4ec4-92dd-df3678ad1965Bill Cartwright was a mentor, friend, and servant leader in Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing and Trout Unlimited for many years, and those of us who’ve had the pleasure of his company will always cherish the impact he had on our lives. His life was in service to others, and for that, we are grateful.

“We’ll remember Bill for his dedication to our program and to our participants over the past 4 years.  His legacy is the numerous disabled veterans that he helped with their physical and emotional recovery through the Project Healing Waters program that he led.  We will miss him and we will not forget him.”- Todd Desgrosseilliers, CEO Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing
