Each fall Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing Programs from the Pennsylvania Region gather for a special outing in pursuit of steelhead.  This outing gives the disabled veteran participants the opportunity to put the knowledge and skills they have gained from regular program classes to the test on this elusive and hard-fighting fish.  We’re pleased to share a short video with you from The Everyday Outdoorsmen highlighting this special outing and featuring PHWFF Pennsylvania participants and volunteers:
