Tying the ‘Desert Storm’ with Thomas Pena (VIDEO)

Thomas Pena of the Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing Albuquerque New Mexico Program shares one of his favorite fly patterns, the Desert Storm.  According to Thomas, the fly is particularly effective in New Mexico’s famed San Juan River.
