Bryan is a U.S. Navy veteran, having served as a Surface Warfare Officer after graduation from the United States Naval Academy in 1997. Following five years of active duty service, Bryan transitioned to a career in investment management at Janus Capital and Arrowmark Partners in Denver, CO. After nearly a decade in asset management, Bryan entered healthcare and has had the privilege to lead the financial operations of several hospitals and health systems, and is currently Chief Financial Officer at Mount Nittany Health in State College, PA. Bryan earned a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the US Naval Academy, Master’s of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and his Master’s of Accounting from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Bryan holds numerous certifications to include Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Fellow of American Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and a Certified Healthcare Finance Professional through HFMA. Bryan and his wife Becky, have three sons, Zach, Nate and Evan and enjoys fly fishing, trail running, snowboarding and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Bryan is a member of Fly Fishers International and is pursuing his casting instructor (CI) certification. Bryan joined PHWFF to serve those that have sacrificed so much and be part of a team that is committed to healing our nation’s heroes.
