Chris Keeley was born and raised in Western Washington. Growing up fishing and camping throughout the state created an early love of anything outdoors. After going to junior college for a year he joined the Air Force. With a volunteer firefighter background and an EMT certification he was a quick fit into the medic career field. After multiple short-term deployments to the Persian Gulf and ORI exercises in various locations it seemed like time to return to school. He is currently working for the Dept of Veterans Affairs as the engineering manager for voice and video, he takes a lot of satisfaction in trying to make things better for those we serve. He has been married for 25 years and has 3 children. He started as a participant with PHWFF in 2018 with the Boise Idaho program and when the current PL had to move for a job he took over in early 2020. When not busy with work you can find him fly fishing the many local streams or taking his huskies for a ruck.
