Stacey CrooksChief Development Officer

As Chief Development Officer of Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc., Stacey provides leadership and oversight of all development operations, fostering a culture of philanthropy throughout the organization. She works collaboratively with staff, volunteers and supporters and serves as an ambassador for the cause to help shape organizational strategy and implement PHWFF’s plans and priorities.

Stacey is the product of a strong military community and she uses her expertise to ensure that our military members and wounded heroes receive strong support. Stacey brings more than 18 years of nonprofit and management experience. Her humble nonprofit experience began organically as a volunteer; and after joining the team, she helped transform a small organization into a high-performance operation.  Stacey completed her undergraduate studies in Business Law at the University of Maryland, and her master’s studies in Human Services at Evangel.

Stacey resides in Southern Maryland with her husband and children. She is a basketball and soccer mom who enjoys spending time with family. During her down time, she heads to the beach as often as possible.
