Marcos Rico Wins Alaska Casting Competition
Following the picnic at Green Lake on May 31st, everyone watched the casting competition. Marcos Rico was named the Alaska Region Casting Champion. Congratulations Marcos! He won an all expense paid trip to Boise, ID to attend the Fly Fishers International Fair in August where he will compete against fifteen other regional champions. The runners up included Rick Knight, Sean O’Brien, and David Widby respectively. Congratulations to all as you continue to improve and refine your fly casting.
