Proceeds from the benefit game will go to support disabled veterans on their journeys to physical and emotional recovery
January 22, 2019, Tewksbury, Massachusetts – A benefit junior hockey game will be held on Saturday night, February 9, 2019 at the Breakaway Ice Center in Tewksbury, Massachusetts as the Boston Jr. Rangers square off against the New Hampshire Avalanche at 8pm. In addition to some great hockey, the game will serve as a benefit to raise vital funds for the thousands of disabled veterans served annually by Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc. (PHWFF) programs.
Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc. is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing and associated activities including education and outings. PHWFF has become recognized as an innovative leader and model in the field of therapeutic outdoor recreation for the disabled, through its successful application of the sport of fly fishing as a rehabilitation tool

The Boston Junior Rangers are a top Tier III Junior ice hockey organization that plays in the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) and the Eastern Hockey League Premier (EHLP) divisions.

Tickets for the game can be purchased at the door voluntarily for $5.00. All proceeds go to support the recovery and rehabilitation of our Nation’s disabled veterans through PHWFF.
