How to donate gifts of stock
Project Healing Waters (PHW) gladly accepts gifts of stock to help support the development of healing journeys. For those interested in supporting PHW with a gift of securities, the electronic delivery of stock shares is the most secure and expedient delivery process available. Certificates may also be transferred. To help facilitate a gift of stock, please use the following instructions.
Contact Project Healing Waters: Notification of Donor Intent
It is important for the donor or the transferring broker to notify PHW of your intent to make a gift of stock in order to enable us to confirm and follow-up with your gift. For audit and acknowledgment purposes, please complete and email us the PHW Donation Form or provide us with a letter or email communication with the following information at the time of transfer:
• Donor’s name and complete address
• Name and number of securities transferred
• Specific Project Healing Waters program to which the gift should be directed, if any
