PHWFF

‘The Waters that Heal Us’ – a short film by Grace Eggleston highlighting the Washington, D.C. program of Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing was been selected for the 19th Annual Wild and Scenic Film Festival! The short film follows the program during an outing to Double Spur Outfitters and beautifully showcases PHWFF’s unique brand of healing.

The 19th Annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival will take place from January 14 to January 24, 2021 as a virtual festival enabling attendees to watch the 2021 lineup of films from the comfort and safety of their homes. During the event, attendees will be able to enjoy all the Wild & Scenic programming on their virtual festival site: WSFF.EVENTIVE.ORG.

The Waters that Heal Us will be available January 14 at 5pm to January 25, 2021 at 12am as part of the festival programming. You can learn more about the Wild & Scenic Film Festival and how to attend by visiting https://wsff.eventive.org/films

“My favorite part of making this film was getting to meet all the amazing people that are involved with D.C.’s PHWFF. After only spending a few days with the group, it’s clear that the participants have a great time together and the volunteers are extremely dedicated to making the program a success. They were all so welcoming and open to being filmed on their fishing trip out to the Shenandoah Valley. Everyone in D.C. should know about this group!”
