Mike Wilson serves as Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for Project Healing Waters, bringing over two decades of executive finance and operations leadership to support the organization’s mission. As a seasoned private sector CFO, he has defined and led strategic growth initiatives, financial turnarounds and technology transformations yielding growth, efficiency and durability for organizations in real estate, energy, and financial services. His community leadership includes serving for more than 20 years as a firefighter and EMT for the Midlothian Volunteer Fire Department. A dedicated fly fisherman for 30 years, Mike is passionate about the therapeutic benefits of the sport and committed to advancing programs that aid veterans’ healing. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Virginia Military Institute.
