Trisha L. Smith is a mission-focused executive administrative and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience supporting military communities, federal agencies, and senior leaders across the United States Navy, Marine Corps, Army, Air Force, and Department of State. Driven by a passion for serving military communities, Trisha has dedicated her career to creating meaningful impact for service members, veterans, and their families through collaborative leadership, organizational effectiveness, and an unwavering commitment to service.
As the wife of a retired United States Marine Corps veteran who served honorably for 27 years, and as a Marine Corps spouse since the age of 18, Trisha has spent more than three decades supporting service members and their families. This lifelong connection to the military community fuels her passion for organizations dedicated to serving veterans and active-duty service members. She believes service is more than a profession, it is a calling, and remains committed to helping those who have served our nation receive the support, respect, and opportunities they deserve.
Having lived and worked around the world, including Japan, Oman, Turkmenistan, California, Indiana, North Carolina, and now Dallas, Texas, Trisha brings a broad global perspective, cultural awareness, and adaptability to every role she undertakes. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys reading, hiking, fishing, water activities, and maximizing every opportunity to spend time outdoors with family and friends.
Trisha holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from Sacred Heart University. She and her husband have been married for 31 years and are proud parents of three grown children.
