During the Combined Federal Campaign each fall, federal employees are encouraged to make donations to approved non-profit organizations.
This is the largest employee giving campaign in the world. If you are a federal employee, you can pledge an amount to be withheld regularly from your pay beginning in January of each year or make a one-time gift.
