The PHWFF Eglin VAMC chapter was the recipient of a cash donation and materials from the estate of professional fly tyer and longtime Project Healing Waters supporter Greg Miheve.  Mr. Miheve passed away last August, leaving behind a substantial amount of fly tying material and equipment.  With the assistance of the Panhandle Flyfishers Club and local PHWFF volunteers, four estate sales were undertaken netting the Eglin VAMC $649, or 15% of the proceeds, along with assorted hooks, feathers, flash and fur.  Additionally, about 150 pounds of donated materials were distributed to other Florida PHWFF  chapters.”

Below are photos of the estate sale and Greg Miheve estate representative Bill Streitz presenting a check to Eglin VAMC PL Gregg Houghaboom.
