The All Sports United Humanitarian of the Year award recognizes the efforts of professional athletes as philanthropists. We’re honored that our great supporter Steve Payne has been nominated and has selected Project Healing Waters as his charity of choice. Now, help us by voting Steve into the final ten All Stars of Giving and then to become the single finalist – the 2016 Humanitarian of the Year. With your help, we can win $10,000 for PHWFF and the injured and disabled veterans we serve nationwide. All you need to do is vote online.

Steve Payne is the Founder and Director of the Battle at Boxwood, an annual fly fishing event that supports Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing and helps wounded military members with their recovery by introducing them to the tranquil sport of fly fishing.  Steve is also a retired NHL left winger who played 10 years for the Minnesota North Stars and is a 2 time NHL All-Star.Steve Payne has a huge heart for serving wounded and disabled veterans through PHWFF and we are his charity of choice in the 2016 All Stars of Giving.  Public voting determines the top 10 finalists for this year’s award and we need your help!  The winning cause will receive a generous gift of $10,000!

You can vote once-a-day, every-day until May 15, 2016

A vote for Steve Payne is a vote for the veterans we serve
