Deputy Regional Coordinator – Tennessee Valley
Deputy Regional Coordinator – West Virginia
Program Lead – Omaha, Nebraska
Program Lead – Ann Arbor, Michigan
Program Lead (PL)
Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and management of the program.
Communicate effectively with Volunteers, Participants, Regional Team, and PHW National Staff.
Ensure the program aligns with PHWs mission and core activities of Fly Tying, Fly Rod Building, Fly Rod Casting, Education, and Day Outings.
Oversee program activities, data entry, supplies, and funding.
Appoint and work closely with Assistant Program Leads (APLs).
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Experience in program management, nonprofit work, or a related field.
Ability to engage with diverse community members and stakeholders.
Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred but not required).
