We’re pleased to announce that Joseph Smith has been named the new Program Lead for our Indianapolis, IN Program.Joseph will be taking over for long-serving PL Rich LoBianco who was recently elevated to the role of Regional Coordinator for the Midwest.
Joe has been volunteering with PHWFF for about the last few years in differing roles, first as volunteer help, then as fly tying event coordinator and acting as host and guide for numerous outings to local waters in Central Indiana. He is a former advertising creative and since retiring has been fly fishing a lot more often, whenever and wherever he can but Indiana smallmouth bass hold a special place in his heart. He is an Army National Guard vet.
