We are pleased to announce that Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing will have a booth at each of the locations of The Fly Fishing Show locations in 2016! The booths will be staffed by regional and local leadership, volunteers, and veterans participating in our programs. Attending this show provides us an opportunity to share our mission and the work we do across the country with the fly fishing community. It also provides the chance to network and recruit supporters for PHWFF at an entertaining and informative consumer show.“The Fly Fishing Show is a consumer show with locations across the country January-March. They work with fly fishing celebrities, authors, film producers, business owners, manufacturers, professionals and fly tiers to create a show for fly fishers of all levels of experience and skill. Each show offers fly tying and casting demonstrations, classes on topics from entomology to fly tying, casting to nymphing, and everything in between. The show also hosts an Adventure and Destination Theater to showcase fly fishing all over the world by the folks who’ve been there. These shows provide consumers the opportunity to connect with regional fly shops, see new products from manufacturers, learn about non-profit organizations in the fly fishing world, meet the most famous fly fishers in the industry, and to book their next fly fishing vacation all in one place.”
