Winged Reel partners with Pig Farm Ink for PHWFF Gear Drive
We’re excited to announce that Winged Reel is partnering with Pig Farm Ink (the same folks that brought us the infamous Iron Fly events) to host a Gear Drive benefiting our cause and the veterans we serve.
The PHWFF Gear Drive is an opportunity to give back to those who have made great sacrifices in the service of our nation.
Winged Reel and Pig Farm Ink are soliciting donations of gently used fly fishing gear to be donated to PHWFF Programs and the veterans they serve. Numerous fly shops have taken up the cause and are providing support and drop-off locations throughout the duration of the PHWFF Gear Drive (locations and information is listed below). The PHWFF Gear Drive will run until January 30, 2016 and conclude with a social event in the Atlanta, GA area seeking to further raise awareness and donations for our cause.
