Tony Menendez, a PHWFF volunteer, took the lead on this Community Outreach project. Tony collaborated with Steve Legerski, Jack Forester and Diane Wantz, I-X Center representative, Coordinator of Military Groups and Willoughby Program Lead, respectively.
The goal to increase awareness of Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing within the military community will be reached through teamwork, a passion for fly fishing and the desire to serve those that sacrificed for us.
