On December 4, 2016 the veteran participants of the PHWFF Jersey Shore program gathered for a regular program meeting to learn, and tie, the Patriot Popper. This beautiful, and effective, pattern was taught by Mr. Harold Eckett and his spouse Deborah. This class was a great kick-off to the fly tying classes to be held during the winter months as the group prepares for abundant fishing opportunities in the springtime.
Harold Eckett is a master fly tier and the owner of NJ Salt Water Flies who generously and selflessly donates his time and talents to support the veterans we serve.
