Lanes Laire is performing a special one-night only concert on Sunday, Nov. 13th at CA. State University Northridge (CSUN). A portion of the proceeds are being donated to Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing and the veterans we serve.
Lanes Laire is a classic/progressive rock artist based out of Sedona, AZ & Boise ID. He recently released a music video for his single “Pleasures Of War” which not only talks about war itself, but touches on the aftermath. This really got Lanes thinking about the men & women who serve in our military and how many are cast to the wayside, especially those who suffer physically and mentally.
On Sunday, November 13th he will be in Los Angeles doing a one-night only concert at CSUN (Ca. State University Northridge). They will be playing their critically acclaimed album Resurrection Of Black in its entirety, as well as a few other surprises. Since it’s Veteran’s Day weekend (Veteran’s Day being Friday Nov. 11th), he’s decided to do something very special….time to give something back.
They are going to donate a portion of the proceeds from the concert and from this campaign to Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, a wonderful and unique veterans charity organization. They are dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing and associated activities including education and outings. They have been outstanding in helping vets with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) as well.
