The second annual Southwest Regional Training Conference was held April 6-8 in Long Beach, CA.  Thirty-one program leads and assistant program leads spent time socializing and getting acquainted, followed by a day of training by CEO Todd Desgrosseilliers on Saturday and CRM training on Sunday.

It’s always worthwhile to hear directly from the CEO information about policies and procedures, and, more importantly, why we have those policies and procedures.   Everyone went home energized with a lot of information and ideas, as well as new contacts.
