Guy is currently the Board of Trustees’ Vice Chair. He is also a Volunteer and founding member of the Crystal River, Florida Project Healing Waters Program.
Professionally, Guy is a Senior Vice President, Executive Advisor for Lean Focus partnering with CEOs to drive sustainable business transformations. For over 30 years, he has been leading all aspects of the Human Resource function with a specialty in leading the development and implementation of Organization Development and Lean Cultures in organizations such as Danaher Corporation, Vestas, and Addivant.
Guy spent his early career as a Mental Health Professional, working with Military and First Responders who were diagnosed with PTSD as well as those who suffered TBI.
Personally, Guy is married to Carol, his wife of over 40 years. They have two adult children, Jillian and Joseph. When Guy is not with his family or consulting , you can find him with friends hunting Tarpon, Bonefish and Reds on the fly or floating the Big Horn for Bows and Browns.
