On March 28, 2020 Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc. (PHWFF) will host the 7th Annual Fly Tying Marathon at the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Triangle, Virginia near Marine Corps Base Quantico.  For those interested in supporting this effort, please contact the event coordinator at chris.thompson@projecthealingwaters.org.

This special annual event will bring together fly tiers, volunteers, and veterans to tie fly patterns of their choice. Flies created at the event will be distributed to PHWFF Programs across the country for use by disabled veteran participants during fly fishing outings during the year.

Registration is first come, first serve.  Fly tiers must provide their own materials and tools.

Organized by the Project Healing Waters Quantico, VA and Ft. Belvoir,VA Programs, the event has contributed over 10,000 flies to support the recovery of the disabled veterans served by PHWFF programs nationwide.

For those interested in supporting this effort, please contact the event coordinator at chris.thompson@projecthealingwaters.org.
