Benefit Veterans In-Need with the PHW Newington Auction!
Filled with incredible gear, trips, experiences, and unique specialty items, this auction is a great opportunity to support the Veterans in-need in our Newington, CT program while simultaneously angling for some awesome items.
All proceeds go towards supporting the recovery and rehabilitation of Veterans in-need served annually by PHW Newington, CT. Keep an eye out: this auction goes live this Friday!
The PHW Newington CT Program was established in 2012 and has provided fly tying, fly rod building, and fly fishing outings on an ongoing basis at no cost to our veteran participants.
In order to expand the number of quality fly-fishing experiences available to its participants, PHW Newington is conducting its first online auction starting March 31. Up for auction is a wide range of fly-fishing rod/reel packages, rods custom built by Veteran participants, fly tying equipment/accessories, a float trip outing with the Harrison Bros, non-fishing items, and more. All proceeds raised will go directly to providing additional day and overnight outings for Veteran participants that are part of the Newington program. We encourage you to visit the auction and share with your friends, families and colleagues. Together we can cast a lifeline to Veterans in-need.
