As we approach the new year, I want to thank you for supporting Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing.  Thanks to you more than 8,300 disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans received physical and emotional rehabilitation through fly fishing and associated activities in a single year.  Your generous contributions provided a year of healing and recovery to disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans free of charge.  But our work is not done.

As we launch our 2019 Year-End Campaign, our goal is to help an additional 1,200 disabled active military and disabled veterans experience a year of healing, rehabilitation and recovery without any cost. As a combat wounded Marine on active duty, I too joined a Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing program. I experienced first-hand the program’s exceptional healing power. Now, each day, as the President and Chief Executive Officer I see the program’s impact on so many disabled veterans across our great Nation. Our participants acknowledge that our committed work together is about more than just fly fishing. Thanks to you, we have cast a lifeline to many of our Nation’s disabled veterans by connecting them to our programs and volunteers in a long-term healing relationship. Make a donation >

As combat wounded and disabled veteran Robert Bartlett, Staff Sergeant, U.S. Army (retired) remarked, “This program has kept a lot of us alive.”

With your help, together we can continue to provide a program that helps disabled veterans like Robert Bartlett and myself, recover from physical and emotional wounds.

P.S. Thanks to you, the five words I hear most often from our participants are “this program saved my life.” We need your continued support as we strive to serve those who made great sacrifices in the service of our Nation. This holiday season please make a difference by donating to Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc.
