At the start of each new year we enjoy attending The Fly Fishing Show at locations throughout the United States.  It affords us a special occasion at which we can visit with our many friends, volunteers, participants and supporters while simultaneously giving us the opportunity to share our mission with the countless folks in the fly fishing community who have yet to be exposed to it.  The Fly Fishing Show is a consumer show with locations across the country January-March. They work with fly fishing celebrities, authors, film producers, business owners, manufacturers, professionals and fly tiers to create a show for novice-advanced fly fishers. It offers fly tying and casting demonstrations, classes on topics from entomology to fly tying, casting to nymphing, and everything in between.   The Fly Fishing Show has locations in Denver, CO; Marlborough, MA; Somerset, NJ; Winston-Salem, NC; Pleasanton, CA; Lynnwood, WA and Lancaster, PA.

Our Colorado programs recently attended the first tour stop of The Fly Fishing in Denver on January 6 – 8, 2017  and thoroughly enjoyed visiting with the large crowds of anglers and regional supporters.

Up next on The Fly Fishing Show tour is Marlboro, MA on January 20 – 22, 2017 at which you’ll have the chance to visit with participants and volunteers from our New England Region.  Shortly thereafter, the next stop will be Somerset, NJ on January 27 – 29, 2017.  This special tour stop in New Jersey, historically the largest on the East Coast, will play host to two separate PHWFF booths.  In the lobby-area you’ll have the great opportunity to visit with volunteers and participants from our New York/New Jersey Region and once inside the main-floor you can head over to the Temple Fork Outfitters booth to meet with members of the PHWFF National Staff: CEO Todd Desgrosseilliers, COO David Folkerts, CMO Daniel Morgan, and Industry Coordinator Julie Keene.  Keep your eyes peeled for the PHWFF Van parked outside!

There are be four stops for The Fly Fishing Show running through to early March.  Each show will host a PHWFF booth and provide you an opportunity to meet our great participants, volunteers, and supporters, pick up some PHWFF gear, and to learn how you can help us provide our unique form of therapy those who have made great sacrifices in the service of our nation.  Complete information about 2017 The Fly Fishing Show locations can be found within the video below.  We hope to see you there!
