On Thursday, February 17, 2022, the Newington VA program restarted our monthly indoor fly-tying sessions after a skipping January out of an abundance of caution due to rising Covid 19 numbers.
Twenty-one veterans and volunteers attended the two-hour session tying the Poseidon Perdigon Nymph pattern.
Program Lead Don LaChance stated “it was great to get the group back together after a short respite due to Covid. The veterans and volunteers were very happy to meet in-person again and are looking forward to March’s presentation and demonstration on Nymph Fishing by volunteer/veteran Ken Martin”.
