PHW COS TR.03.2025 | TL & ATL Orientation Session 2 –
Are you ready to lead, support, and create lasting experiences on the water in 2025?
Becoming a Trip Lead (TL) or Assistant Trip Lead (ATL) with Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing is more than just planning outings, it’s about fostering community, guiding our Participants in their fly-fishing journey, and ensuring each trip is well-organized, safe, and meaningful.
As a TL or ATL, you’ll take on a leadership role in planning, coordinating, and executing PHW trips while ensuring that Participants receive the best possible experience. Whether managing logistics, supporting volunteers, or stepping in to resolve challenges on the water, your role will be crucial in making these trips a success.

If you’ve previously served as a TL or ATL, we still want you at the orientation! We’ll be covering new information and updated processes to make 2025 even more successful. Plus, your experience and insights are invaluable: your contributions will help strengthen the team and provide valuable guidance to those new to the role.
This orientation will be led by Dan Snelling and will prepare you with everything you need to be an effective TL or ATL in the upcoming season.
